WE ARE MEETING IN PERSON this sunday
9am

RSVP BELOW

It is with great joy that I can announce our ability to once again have in-person worship services. However, as pastor of New Life Church, my first priority and responsibility is the safety and well being of each and every person who visits our church. In the fight against COVID-19, the Alberta Government’s health department has recommended certain policy and procedures for public gatherings, which include: self health screenings, social distancing, hand cleanliness -  through sanitizers and frequent washings, as well as sanitization protocols for the building.  So, with these as our guidelines, and with the desire to see our province and nation reopen, and remain open, we are doing our part by implementing the following:

First, I ask that everyone do the following self health screening before attending any service.

I.  Do you have any of the below symptoms:
Fever (greater than 38.0C)                                 YES        NO
     Cough                                                                   YES        NO
Shortness of Breath / Difficulty Breathing      YES        NO
     Sore throat                                                         YES        NO
     Runny Nose                                                          YES        NO

II. Have you, or anyone in your household travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days?

III. Have you, or anyone in your household been in contact in the last 14 days with someone who is being tested or confirmed to be a case of COVID-19?

* If you have answered YES to any of the above questions, please do not attend a service this weekend.  I would ask that you wait till you no longer have any symptoms before planning on attending in person.

The Alberta government recommends anybody with a pre-existing health issue and/or those over the age of 65 avoid public gatherings.  However, we leave it to your discretion if you choose to attend church.

Second, upon church entry, each and every person will be required to sanitize their hands.

Third, the Alberta Government has limited our gatherings to no more than fifty people. To help us remain within these parameters you’ll be required to register weekly, for either the 9:00 AM or the 11:00 AM service. You will be able to do this at EVENTBRITE,

Fourth, the front door will not open till 8:50 AM for the 9:00 AM service and 10:50 AM for the 11:00 AM service - so I ask that you arrive at church accordingly.

Fifth, children are welcome to attend, however, they must remain with parents at all times. Regretfully at this time we are not allowed to have nursery and/or children’s church.  The nursery will be made available for nursing mothers and diaper changes.

Sixth, to stay within social distancing guidelines, and in order to assist us in getting ready for the second service, I ask that people do not linger in the building before or after services.

Seventh, there will be no coffee and/or any social events planned at this time.

PS   This is an invitation to join as we meet together again in one locale, however, if you feel it’s in you and/or your family’s best interest to remain at home, that’s AOK - no pressure.

PPS   I’m really looking forward to connecting with everyone in person. And I would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in helping us meet these guidelines.

STAY CLEAN   STAY SAFE   STAY OPEN

Our facility is disinfected regularly and sanitation stations are available throughout the building.

Volunteers will wear masks and gloves. Masks will be available for our guests if needed.

We ask that you practice social distancing by maintaining 6 feet distance between households.

Please wash your hands regularly to prevent the spread of germs. In consideration of one another, we will greet you with a wave or a smile instead of a hug or handshake. We ask that you do the same.
